ON Semiconductor AR0231AT
AR0231AT is a 1/2.7 inch CMOS digital image sensor with 1928Hx1208V effective pixel array. It features LED Flicker Suppression (LFM), which eliminates high frequency LED flicker in traffic sign and vehicle LED lighting, allowing traffic sign reading algorithms to operate in all lighting conditions. The AR0231AT uses the latest 3.0 micron backside illuminated (BSI) pixels and ON Semiconductor's DR-Pix technology to provide double conversion gain for improved performance in all lighting conditions. It captures images in linear, HDR or LFM mode, providing frame-to-frame context switching between modes. The AR0231AT also includes ASIL B support.
